Return & Refund Policy

At Bounty Blend, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care items), we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

Once approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care & beauty items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible (damaged/wrong item), we will send a replacement.


Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The item is out of stock after order confirmation

  • A replacement is not available

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


Return Requests (if applicable)
If a return is exceptionally approved, items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
